Shikshamitra will now earn Rs 18,000 per month, up from Rs 10,000, while Anudeshaks’ salary will rise to Rs 17,000. Additionally, teachers will get cashless medical treatment up to Rs 5 lakh. The CM highlighted that the previous government provided only Rs 3,000. This new increase, effective from April, marks the first raise in nearly nine years. The move is expected to boost morale and improve the welfare of education staff across the state.
यूपी में 1.56 लाख शिक्षा मित्र और अनुदेशकों के लिए बड़ी खुशखबरी। सीएम Yogi Adityanath ने विधानसभा में ऐलान किया कि शिक्षा मित्रों की सैलरी 10 हजार से बढ़ाकर 18 हजार रुपए मासिक कर दी जाएगी। इसी तरह अनुदेशकों की सैलरी 17 हजार रुपए होगी। इसके अलावा शिक्षकों को पांच लाख रुपए तक कैशलेस इलाज की सुविधा भी मिलेगी। योगी सरकार ने कहा कि पिछली सरकार सिर्फ तीन हजार देती थी, हमने पहले 10 हजार किया और अब अप्रैल से नई सैलरी लागू होगी। यह लगभग 9 साल बाद मानदेय वृद्धि है।
